Summary
Silver gilt globular teapot, chased with matted panels engraved with A and a crown, shoulder with flowers and foliage, curved spout with birds head and mouth. Lobed cover with fluted baluster finial. Dutch-Harlem 1716, marker mark trefoil with 2 leaves below.
Provenance
Bequeathed to the National Trust by Huttleston Rogers Broughton, 1st Lord Fairhaven (1896-1966) with the house and the rest of the contents.
