Summary
One of a pair, silver gilt vase-shaped cup and cover, square plinth with key pattern border and laurel band above, body chased with foliage and laurel festoons, 2 medallions of a deer in a glade and a cypher monogram HH surrounded by flowers and scrolls, rising scroll handles, cover chased with foliage, acorn finial, George III by Thomas Heming 1771. Stamped base and cover.
Provenance
Bequeathed to the National Trust by Huttleston Rogers Broughton, 1st Lord Fairhaven (1896-1966) with the house and the rest of the contents.
