Summary
Oil painting on panel, Hunting Scene of Huntsman encouraging Hounds through a Gate by Richard Barrett Davis (Watford 1782 – Kensington 1854). Huntsman centre on a white horse, turned to the left, having just come through a six-barred gate which is open and on the right, slopes with threes on the left and right of the path, hunting dogs on left and right and huntsman urging a number of dogs to come through the gate, another huntsman on a brown horse, on the right, can be seen on the path leading to the gate. Blue sky with clouds.

Bequeathed to the National Trust by Huttleston Rogers Broughton, 1st Lord Fairhaven (1896-1966) with the house and the rest of the contents.
