Summary
Print, coloured engraving, King Edward VI (1537–1553), by Richard Houston (Dublin 1721/22 – London 1775) and John Faber the elder (The Hague 1660 - Bristol 1731). Inscribed R. Houston fecit. Three-quarter-length wearing red coat lined with ermine, bonnet with feather, thumb of left hand in sash at waist. Richard Houston engraver c.1755. Mounted on wood.
Provenance
Bequeathed to the National Trust by Huttleston Rogers Broughton, 1st Lord Fairhaven (1896-1966) with the house and the rest of the contents.
