Summary
Circular tea bowl, raised on foot ring, hand painted with small, gold and pink flowers. Gilt line borders; with matching saucer. Made circa 1790 - 1799 by the Caughley Porcelain Works.
Provenance
Made in Shropshire circa 1790 - 1799. Owned by Sir Arthur Paul Benthall (1902 – 1992). Accepted in lieu of tax by H.M. Government in March 1993 following the death of Sir Arthur Paul Benthall in 1992 and allocated to the National Trust for display at Benthall Hall.
