Print, line engraving, Henry Howard, Earl of Surrey (c.1517-1547) by Jacobus Houbraken (Dordrecht 1698 - Amsterdam 1780). 1750. One of a set of ten engravings depicting notable seventeenth century figures. Half-length portrait, in an oval; looking left. A young man wearing a cloth black hat, jacket and shirt with visible pointed white collar. Framed by a cartouche with foliage and a plinth underneath. Inscribed with 'HENRY HOWARD EARL OF SURREY'.
