Summary
A walnut, eight-day longcase clock. The hood has a cornice, with slender parcel-gilt pilasters to the front supporting an arch, the corners with pierced floral decoration, and side glazing. The face has a breakarch brass dial with corner spandrels; pierced blue-steel hands. Maker's name,' Edward Avenell, London' inscribed in the arch.
