Summary
A Charles II silvered stand with a deep pierced frieze to the front and sides. The front is carved with a central eagle flanked by amorini amid curling foliage and flowers. Sides are decorated with cabachon with curling foliage and there is egg and dart moulding to the front. The scroll legs are carved with foliage, flowerheads and stylised dolphin masks.

Bequeathed to the National Trust in 1988.
