Summary
A walnut-veneered and glazed bookcase, English, circa 1720 - 30 and later, with later glazing (the doors almost certainly originally paneled), sitting atop NT 495167.1, a walnut-veneered and feather-banded bureau, together forming a bureau bookcase. This bookcase topped by a moulded cornice above two doors each of two glazed panels with central astragal and enclosing three front edge moulded oak shelves, adjusting in grooves in applied (also later) spacers.
