Oil painting on canvas, Queen Catherine (of Braganza) (1638-1705) (after Sir Peter Lely) by John Rogers Herbert (Maldon 1810-Kilburn 1890), 1826. A half- length portrait of Catherine of Braganza, turned to the left, facing, wearing dark hair in ringlets, jewel encrusted gown with white sleeves, pearl earrings and necklace. A copy of a Lely painting from the Royal Collection made in 1826.
