Summary

Hot-water bottle - highy glazed beige earthenware, cylindrical with flattened base. Flattened end with 2pt stamp, other end domed with central knob. Filling hole on top with screw-in ribbed cap with rubber seal. Inscribed: 'Piersons Chesterfield'. In pencil on end: '6/-'.

Provenance

A gift given to the National Trust for display in its Llanerchaeron property in 2006.
