Summary

One of a pair of walnut and upholstered settees, English, circa 1735 The rectangular padded back and seat with scrolled padded arms and raised on three front carved moulded cabriole legs and pad feet. Some seat rails replaced.

Provenance

Indigenous collection purchased by the Ministry of Works in 1956 and given to Dyrham Park in 1961
