Summary
Vase part; One of three sections or pieces which complete the Tulip vase. Globular base with narrowing neck, flaring mouth and two entwined snake handles, surmounted by two subsidiary sections each of which have plain nozzles. The top section has an urn-shaped nozzle at the apex. The base is painted in blue with cupids and flowers as well as oriental and flower motifs; the upper sections with flowers, cupids' heads and grotesque masks. Original base missing. Two snakes heads damaged. Two nozzles replaced.

Indigenous collection purchased by Ministry of Works in 1956 and given to Dyrham Park in 1961
