Summary
Pair of Sevres bleu de roi vases, the almost cylindrical bodies painted on one side with cupids and on the other with Italianate landscapes, all contained in oval reserved panels; the vase supported on knopped stems and circular feet mounted in ormolu. Maker's mark - interlaced L's in blue. 1770 (circa).
