Summary
Drum shaped Georgian teapot with two Vernon crests. There are floral and leaf borders decorating the top and the bottom of the pot and also at the top of the spout. The handle is wooden. The hinged lid is decorated with an ivory finial in the form of a pineaple. Hallmarked London 1793. Maker's mark P B over A B, Anne and Peter Bateman.
