Summary
Oil painting on canvas, William Jennyns, Gamekeeper at Hanbury Hall from 1822-1864, British (English) School, circa 1860-1865. A full-length portrait of a gamekeeper with his back to the spectator, advancing through a cornfield with two pointers in front of him, in frant of a distant landscape with trees and cloudy sky. He is wearing a cream coat, gaiters, a satchel slung across his right shoulder, a black top hat and carries a gun.
