Summary
Water filter, beige stoneware with applied bands of text and decoration. Made by Lipscombe and Co. Barrel shaped with handles either side and spout hole near the base, slightly damaged. See general note for text.
Provenance
Part of the Lothian Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust by Philip, 11th Marquess of Lothian (1882-1940).
