Summary
Textile Box 4. A single curtain, NON glazed. Block and roller printed chintz. Cotton with a floral design within maroon cartouches with smaller floral designs either side. White ground, stained to beige. A beige cotton lining. Bound on three edges with pink binding tape. Brass rings sewn into the top seam and gatghered at rings. Badly worn along the bottom edge. ? Part of the Lothian Collection. The Hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 1940 by Philip, 11th Marquess of Lothian (1882-1940).
