Summary
Textile Box 4. An unmatched pair of curtains. Block and roller printed chintz. Glazed cotton with cartouche and floral design on white ground, stained to beige. Lined. Lining header tape with 11 stitched rings. Bound edges. Very badly and irregularly patched in the same material. Very worn and rotted. See also T/233,433,548 and 666. Textile Box 4. Two curtains in glazed cotton. Block and roller printed chintz. Large design of flowers in a cartouche on white ground, stained to beige. Lined in polished cotton. With a rufflette tape and 14 rings. Braid edges to the sides and bottom. Much patched and badly altered. BL178.1 & BL179. See also T/433,548,584 and 666.
