Summary
A brass, bronze-effect, rectangular inkstand, with four circular petal feet and two foliage side handles. With two circular rims at the back for inkwells and a fixed central brass bowl. A concave depresiion at the front for pens.19th Century.
Provenance
Part of the Lothian Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust by Philip, 11th Marquess of Lothian (1882-1940).
