Summary
A lid for a small glass square inkwell. English early 20th Century. The lid fits over a raised cylindrical neck and is cut with a corresponding circle on the underside. Similar in design to larger inkwells BLI/G/29 and BLI/G/4.
Provenance
Part of the Lothian Collection. The Hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 1940 by Philip, 11th Marquess of Lothian (1882-1940).
