Summary
One of a pair of oak and burr oak hall chairs, English, circa 1840. With a scroll and acanthus carved shaped back above a solid seat with band frieze and scroll and acanthus carved cabriole legs and lions paw feet.
Provenance
Part of the Lothian Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust by Philip, 11th Marquess of Lothian (1882-1940).
