Summary
One of a pair of mahogany low back Windsor armchairs, English, Thames Valley, circa 1750. With a three section bowed top rail and out swept arms above a central vase splat with turned spindles and a dished shaped solid seat on cabriole legs tied by an H stretcher.
Provenance
Part of the Lothian Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust by Philip, 11th Marquess of Lothian (1882-1940).
