Summary
Print, Publius Clodius discovered disguised as a woman at the celebrations of the Bona Dea in Julius Casar's house (after Sebastiano Conca) by Paul Pilaia. Three central figures amongst other women looking askance at a man dressed as a woman. Inscription 'P. Clodius amore in Pompeian Caesaris, imberbis adhuc Vestilus more psaltriae, huius domum ingre ditur, in quam solae feminae ad festum bonae dea ... convenire poterant, aquibus nocturno lumine lustratis aedibus, deprehensus et cognitus foras expellitur'.
