Summary
Print, Landscape with Peasants Dancing (after Claud Lorrain) by Jean-Baptiste-Claude Chatelain (c.1710 - London c.1771) and François Vivarès (Montpellier 1709 –London 1780). Couple dancing in centre with lady playing a tambourine. Six figures at right, goats and cattle, trees and bridge at left. No inscription. Within original border with reproduction ribbon bow. From a collection of 52 prints, C18, affixed around the walls of the Print Room.
