Summary
Beehive powder flask, oxhide studded with brass nails, with carrying strap. A wooden powder flask covered in brown leather and brass studs/dome headed nails. The hollow part of the flask is a round, pointed dome with concentric rings of close nails running around it. There is a copper alloy covered tube coming out of the edge of the dome, and to either side of this there is a triangular flange. The flanges are an integral part of the flat back. The flanges have brass rings in them and a red braided rope passes through them. The size from flange tip to flange tip is 23cm.
