Summary

One of a set of three mahogany and birch chairs, English, circa 1780. Each with wavy toprail and overscrolled ears above a pierced interlaced vase splat and drop-in seat with shaped rails, standing on moulded square legs joined by stretchers.

Provenance

Purchased by the National Trust in 1982.
