Full-length Staffordshire figure of the actor Edward Askew Sothern as Lord Dundreary, standing, bare-headed, with long whiskers, in frock coat, a monocle in his right eye. His right hand is counting the number of his relations on the palm of his left. President Lincoln was shot whilst watching a production of 'Our American Cousin'.
