Summary
Lead water trough with spout and lead pump box marked DUNN. The lead trough divided into 3 compartments each being decorated with classical mouldings of two swagged vases with garlands above. The sides of the trough were formed from cast lead panels soldered together. The inside of the trough was reinforced with 2 no square lead bars running from front to back. The pump box consisted of a lead box with an open top and tapering outlet pipe to the front face approx. 7 ¼” (184mm) long. The box sits on top of a second lead pipe 4” (101mm) in diameter and 19 ½” (495mm) high. The pump box was supported in the upright position by a piece of 4” steel angle.
