[8], 360, [8] p., [15] folded leaves of plates :. geneal. tables ;. fol. Seventeenth-century marginal manuscript annotation (black ink) in Italian: "grand errore …" p.113. Imperfect: missing two thirds of front free endpaper (had been used for pen trials and sums). Provenance: seventeenth-century ink inscription on front pastedown: "Myn heere Bloemarts in the Vorstraet Vtrecht 14 ffeb." Later MS ink annotation beneath: illegible. Binding: seventeenth-century paper lace case cartonage boards; title handwritten horizontally in black ink on spine "Compendi Historici"; calligraphic swirl on front cover; edges uncut.
