Provenance: Armorial bookplate in each volume: The Right Honourable Wilmot Earl of Lisburne, in the Kingdom of Ireland [with motto: Non Revertar Nultus]. Binding: seventeenth?-century polished leather over boards on four raised cords, single gilt fillet on covers, single gilt fillet and starburst tool with a floral centre on spine, yellow painted edges, blue silk bookmark to match the head -and tailbands. Gilt spine titles: Historiæ Augustæ Scriptores Pars Secunda 1632.
