Some damage to leather cover; damage to front hinge at tail. $zProvenance: former manuscript Dyrham Park shelfmark in black ink on front pastedown: 'A no-28', changed from 'A no-27'; many juvenile inscriptions, including 'Sophia and Charlot Blathwayt November the 28th 1736' and 'Ann Charlot Blathwayt 1745'. Binding: eighteenth-century mottled brown leather over boards; sewn on five raised bands; red sprinkled edges; gold tooling to spine; title originally lettered on spine but now illegible.
