Binding: eighteenth-century sprinkled brown calf over boards with double gilt fillet and blind palmette border; blind roll pattern on board edges; five raised bands, gilt tooled spine with gilt title on brown goatskin label; two-colour endbands of red and cream thread; pastedown with conjugate endleaf and additional endleaves; red sprinkled edges.
