Binding: eighteenth-century plain tan-brown calf over boards with gilt double fillet border and gilt fleurons at the corners. Gilt roll pattern on board edges. Four raised bands. Endbands with front beads. Gold-tooled spine with gilt title on red goatskin label and gilt vol. number and publication year on green goatskin label. Red sprinkled edges. Plain pastedowns; endpapers.
