Leaves from the octavo vol. have been disbound, and tipped in or mounted with related engravings. Imperfect: v.3 t.p. taken from another unidentified edition. Possible loss of some loose plates. With some additional annotation in contemporary hand, identifying portraits, etc. O.U.J.S.C. Conversazione on Hollar's etchings, May 22nd, 1894, inserted at first leaf, v.1. $zProvenance: inscribed "Stamford, Weybridge" [i.e. William Grey, 9th Earl of Stamford (1850-1910)].
