Imperfect: Part 2, pp. 59-60 has holes deliberately worn through the text around the initial letter "D" on p. 60, which also affects text on p. 59. Part 2 has the preliminary pages mis-bound after p. 272, amongst the mis-bound leaves of sigs. S1-4; pp. [361]-410,[14]p. are bound after part 3. Provenance: initials 'HG' stamped upside-down onto front cover ([.e. Hannibal Gamon (1582?-1651), Rector of St. Mawgan in Pydar]. Binding: seventeenth-century dark brown calf over boards on three recessed cords, initials 'HG' stamped onto front cover upside-down, remains of triple blind fillet border frame and red sprinkled edges; re-backed and given new endpapers after 1881. Pp. 11-26 (first count) have paper strips consolidating the fore-edges. Old worm damage to the bottom right-hand corner margins of pp. 3-135 (first count) and 279-357,[5] (second count); not affecting the text.
