Binding: late nineteenth-century full tree calf, sewn onto recessed bands; gold-stamped with three-mast sailing ship design and rolled to form divisions; gold-rolled on board edges, red spine label, gold-lettered: Anderson's Embassy. Remnant of lozenge-shaped paper pressmark at head of spine.
