Vol. 3 has 1734 edition of 'The first part of Henry IV' (ESTC T54106) with imprint "printed by R. Walker, at Shakespear's-Head, in Turn-again-Lane, by the Ditch-side". Vol. 4 has 1735 editions of 'The life of King Henry V' (ESTC T54118), 'The second part of King Henry VI' (ESTC T54123) and 'The third part of King Henry VI' (ESTC T54124), each with imprint "printed by R. Walker, at Shakespear's-Head, in Turn-again-Lane, by the Ditch-side; and may be had at his shop, the sign of Shakespear's-Head, in Change-Alley, Cornhill". Vol. 5 has 1735 edition of 'Coriolanus' (ESTC T54135) with imprint "printed for R. Walker, at Shakespear's-Head, next the White Horse-Inn in Fleet-Street". Provenance: manuscript inscription on vol. 1 front fly-leaf: "M. 8. vol." [i.e. catalogue code of John Mitchell (ca. 1685-1751), librarian to Sir Richard Ellys (1682-1742)]. Binding: eighteenth-century full sprinkled calf; sewn on three supports; five raised bands; blind roll pattern along board edges; gold-tooled spines with stamp and fillet decoration; gilt title on brown sheepskin label and gilt vol. number on spines. Red sprinkled textblock edges.
