[28], 140 p. ; 8vo. Provenance: manuscript former shelfmarks in pencil on front pastedown, all erased: "Q5" and "P5". Manuscript former shelfmark in pencil on rear pastedown: "S6". Binding: eighteenth-century quarter-bound tan calf with marbled paper over boards; sewn onto three cords; five raised bands on spine; gilt fillets and title label on spine. Textblock edges untrimmed.
