Binding: eighteenth-century Cambridge-style blind-panelled sprinkled and plain calf (vol. 1 front board almost detached, covers damaged by damp); sewn onto three sewing supports, with five raised bands on spines; gilt roll pattern along board edges; plain spines. Red sprinkled textblock edges.
