One of the leaves is in its place, the other after p. 522" [i.e. catalogue code and note about additional leaves Sss4 and Ttt1, written by John Mitchell (ca. 1685-1751), librarian to Sir Richard Ellys (1682-1742)]; with Mitchell's manuscript code at foot of leaf: "Β-ε'." [i.e. Beta-epsilon' = Greek number[?] 2-5]. Binding: eighteenth-century full sprinkled calf; sewn onto six sewing supports; six raised bands; gilt roll pattern along board edges; gold-tooled spine, with fillet roll and stamp (including crown and floral stamps) decoration; brown goatskin title label on spine. Red sprinkled bookblock edges.
