Binding: seventeenth-century full calf; sewn onto five sewing supports; covers have blind-tooled framework, with an outer mottled frame formed by a double fillet border, and an inner sprinkled frame formed by double and single blind fillets with a blind roll pattern along the inner-edge and blind cornerpiece stamps; gilt roll pattern along board edges; blind fillet panels and blind roll decoration along raised bands on spine; paper label on spine (manuscript text illegible). Red and blue sprinkled edges.
