Provenance: inscribed in blue ink "R.W. Ketton-Cremer Felbrigg 1960" [i.e. Robert Wyndham Ketton-Cremer (1906-1969)]. Bookseller's[?] manuscript notes on front pastedown: "Small 4to. Title & 2 pp soiled some shaving. Not affecting text. Re-bound half calf". Binding: nineteenth or twentieth-century half-bound calf, with swirl-marbled paper over boards; gilt title and date on red calf label on spine; blind-tooled decoration on spine. Swirl-marbled endpapers.
