Binding: nineteenth-century full tree calf; gilt roll pattern along board edges; recessed cords; gold-tooled spine; gilt title 'Walpoles Anecdotes' and vol. number 5 on red morocco labels on spine. Light yellow textblock edges. Turkish patterned marbled endpapers.
