With title page (A1) from the third issue reading "... than seven in ..." and "miscellanies"; pagination xii, 272, 271-276 p.; signed A4 B2, ²B-S8 (+S8) T2; with two leaves S8 (containing pp. 271-272), the first leaf S8 from the first issue, the second leaf S8 from the second issue; head-piece on p. iii shows a book held by two angels; tail-piece on first p. 272 is a book surrounded by an ornamental frieze (i.e. from the first issue); second p. 272 has no tail-piece, but the second paragraph is in a larger size of type than the first, and they are separated by a line of type ornaments (i.e. from the second issue); preliminary leaves consist of A2-4 (pp. iij-viii) from the first issue and B1-2 (pp. ix-xii) from the second issue, but without C1-4 (pp. xiii-xx) from the second issue; with leaves T1-2 (pp. 273-276) from the second issue, but without any of the additional leaves (T3-8 and U1-4, pp. 277-296) from the third issue. Binding: eighteenth-century Cambridge-style blind-panelled sprinkled and plain calf; middle plain calf frame has triangles of sprinkling creating a zig-zag pattern; central sprinkled panel has unsprinkled triangle-shaped areas at head and foot; gilt roll pattern on board edges; remnants of gilt title label on spine. Red sprinkled edges.
