Harpur"; in both vols: eighteenth-century Jacobean armorial bookplate: "Sr. Henry Harpur Bart" [i.e. Sir Henry Harpur, 5th Baronet, (1708-1748)]. Binding: Eighteenth-century sprinkled calf, triple blind fillet forming a border, gilt-tooled board edges. Sewn on five raised cords, gilt-tooled on spine. Brown leather spine and volume labels, lettered in gilt: "Diction de Boyer", "Tom I [II]". Marbled endpapers, text-block densely mottled red. Joints splitting, leather scuffed, corners damaged.
