Provenance: Eighteenth-century Jacobean armorial bookplate: "Sr. Henry Harpur Bart" [i.e. Sir Henry Harpur, 5th Baronet, (1708-1748)]. Binding: Eighteenth-century panelled calf, single gilt fillet forming a border, gilt-tooled board edges. Sewn on five raised bands, gilt tooling on spine. Spine labels (wanting). Marbled endpapers and red mottled text-block edges.
