Manuscript code symbol on vol. 1 front pastedown. Binding: seventeenth-century full plain vellum over boards; yapp fore-edges; manuscript title on vol. 1 spine; manuscript vol. numbers "1", "2" and "3" on spines. Red sprinkled edges.
