Provenance: inscribed "June 2d 1801 For my dear Lord Hervey from his sincerely affectionate aunt Mary Fitzgerald" [i.e. Frederick William Hervey (1769-1859), 1st Marquess of Bristol from Mary Fitzgerald, née Harvey (1725-1815)]. Binding: early nineteenth-century blue paper over boards, stitched onto two bands.
