Includes two leaves of twentieth century manuscript shorthand exercises, and the rules for a game called Manoeuvre produced by A.W. Ford & Co. of Bristol, printed on blue card, all loosely inserted. Binding: twentieth century publisher's binding; quarter textured blue cloth with blue paper covers; title, publisher's device and edition statement on front cover; advertisement for the two books of "700 common-word reading and dictation exercises", with prices, on back cover.
